I am incredibly excited to serve alongside the students, families, and staff at our elementary school, especially as we focus on supporting our third, fourth, and fifth graders as they grow into confident, capable learners. I believe education is about much more than academics—it is about building relationships, creating a sense of belonging, encouraging curiosity, and helping every child recognize their own potential. I believe students thrive when they know they are loved, supported, challenged, and believed in.
This is my 28th year in education, and seven years ago, my family and I made the move from Rockwall to Early. Since then, Early has truly become home. I am blessed to have three boys in the Early school system, and I am proud to be a Longhorn—not just because my family is part of this community, but because I genuinely believe in the people and traditions that make Early special.
I earned both of my degrees from Texas A&M University, so while I may have learned to say Gig ’em, I am always proud to hold up that Longhorn sign!
